I'm Filmer Chu — a Broker with Zolo Realty doing this work because I love this city. Ottawa is where I built my life, and where I first bought my own home in 2014. That's when this all really began for me.
From that first purchase, the practice grew the way it should: one honest transaction at a time. Today I work across residential, commercial, and investment real estate — buyers, sellers, owners, operators, and a growing roster of repeat clients.
I don't chase volume. I keep my client list small enough that you'll always reach me directly, and I work the way I'd want my own family worked with — honestly, attentively, and with a long view.
